-use the Action Replay Max drive cd with a retail USB stick.
-put the USB stick in your PC USB port
-copy the OF on your USB stick
-put the USB into your Ps2 USB port
-load the Action Replay CD and choose My device
-choose the USB stick, select the OF in the list and choose the option CRUSH to your memory card
-put the USB stick in your PC USB port
